"The Easiest Mattress Purchase of my Life"
I am a college student who was in urgent need, because my old mattress from Ikea has become too sagged for my comfort. Thus, I decided to go mattress shopping and one of the stores I visited happened to be the MattressFirm located on 1245 S. Main St, Walnut Creek, CA. I was greeted promptly by one of the employees who's name was Saul Murillo. He aided me in my search for a new mattress and described all the details along with the pros and cons of each mattress. His customer service was exceptional, so I knew that I could not leave the store until I found the right mattress with his guidance and expert knowledge. I have just bought a full mattress from MattressFirm all thanks to Saul's interest in making the process as smooth as possible. If you happen to be in Walnut Creek and are looking for a mattress then definitely stop by this location and ask for Saul, since he is always compelled to help YOU find the Perfect Mattress! Cheers-

"Customer service at the store in Roswell, Georgia was AWESOME! i"
I see and agree with the issues others have with not being able to speak to anyone online (through the chat option) or by phone BUT, I have to brag on the store in Roswell, Georgia! I bought a mattress set in September for our guest bedroom (which has never been slept on yet) and noticed a defect in the box spring. I stopped by the Roswell store and explained the situation to Adrienne who immediately contacted Crystal (who was the initial person we purchased from) and they began resolution immediately! This was Thursday and on Friday I received communication that my replacement would be delivered the next day on Saturday! Sure enough, the next day during the two hour window, we received a call that they were in route! Stoney and Eddie quickly and efficiently replaced the box spring and were super courteous and friendly. Despite the company's infrastructure issues, there are stores like Roswell with great employees who continue to represent the company in a positive light and for them, I am grateful! Way to go Crystal, Adrienne, Stoney and Eddie!!!!!

"I received a Temper Pedic Cloud firm…"
I received a Temper Pedic Cloud firm pillow from an online purchase. Three days later, due to it not being as firm as I'd like, I called to return it. The associate at the store said "first of all, we do not accept returned pillows. It is policy." I did like the way he told me nor that policy. I understood the reason for the policy; however, I did not like like lack of customer satisfaction. He took my number and said someone will be following up with me. Meanwhile, I went through Mattress Firm's website chat and chatted with two different associates (because one got disconnected). They both said it's policy too and no return. I advised all 3 associates, who I spoke/chatted with, that I'd give an unfavorable review of my dissatisfaction of no return. The good reviews were the reason that I bought the pillows. Thus, reviews weigh heavily. Three hours later, corporate called me and advised that they'd refund half of what I paid and that I could keep the pillow. Although it wasn't the full refund that I desired, I was very happy with this gesture. They turned an unsatisfied customer into a satisfied customer.

"Great store!"
We visited the latham NY store and the store Manager Donald Roberts was great! He was not pushy at all and was very pleasant to talk to and was interested in what we were looking for and not interested in selling us the more expensive so that he made more. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends
